Preorders are a great way to secure upcoming collectibles prior to their release date. While we try our best to list realistic release dates, these vendor shipments are solely dictated by the product manufacturers.  We will do our best to keep you updated of any changes, good or bad as we all know how exciting it is to get those new items.  Preorders are filled in the order we received our customer’s purchase.  We generally announce when the preorder will be received once we know they are in route to us.  On certain Preorders that may offer variants these are random shipments as generally stated on the item’s purchase page.  In these instances where variants are randomly offered, returns are not accepted.  We appreciate your business and if you have any questions, feel free to email us at hellothere@trgtoys.com
